• Acting for Two: Brandon Routh is also cast as a MCU version of Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic, meaning he plays him alongside Earth-1 Ray Palmer aka the Atom and Earth-96 Clark Kent/Superman (however, the latter has so far only appeared as a cameo).
• Actor Swap: Word of God states that while majority of DCEU characters and some future MCU characters will eventually appear, some of them, like Mera, Lex Luthor, She-Hulk, Moon Knight and Namor, will be played by other actors.
• Dawson Casting: Dylan O'Brien as Percy Jackson. Word of God says to imagine Dylan when he was younger, but even in his first acting credit, he was a few years older than Percy in the first book.
