Dylan O'Brien (born August 26, 1991 in New York City, New York) is an American actor.
O'Brien is best known for his role as Mieczysław "Stiles" Stilinski on the MTV series Teen Wolf, based on the 1985 film of the same name. After a single season, Stiles quickly emerged as the show's breakout character, and O'Brien himself received acclaim for his performance.
On the strength of his Teen Wolf work, O'Brien was cast in the lead role of The Maze Runner Series, based on the book series by James Dashner. The Maze Runner was released in 2014, followed by The Scorch Trials a year later. Its third and final installment, The Death Cure, was originally scheduled for release in 2017, but an injury sustained by O'Brien pushed the film to 2018.
Some of O'Brien's other notable films include The Internship, Deepwater Horizon, and American Assassin, the latter of which is based on the Mitch Rapp series of books by Vince Flynn.
