- Died During Production: Toonsmyth died in 2014 from diabetes. At the time, he was working on the second season, ''Ultimate Cartoon Fighting: The Hungry Games." Thankfully, a user by the name of "Animation Streetz" has announced his plans to revive the series, with the first episode coming in 2016. As of 2017, nothing has resulted from this announcement.
