• Early Draft Tie-In: Probably due to being made during the first game's development, the comic does feature some elements only shown in early-promotional material.
  • The comic's logo is very similar in style to the game's prototype logo.
  • Disney Castle being a main location that Sora is seeing visiting also comes from early concept material that showed Sora exploring Disney Castle, whereas in the final game it's only seen in cutscenes and Sora never visits it.
  • Neither Donald or Goofy are showing wearing their iconic KH outfits, instead they are seeing using their wizard and captain outfits seen at the beginning of the game, probably due to those outfits being a latter addition as they were originally supposed to use their regular classic cartoon outfits.
  • Sora using the Kingdom Key more like a staff is seemingly a holdover from old concept art that showed Sora using it like that.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The comic has never been reprinted and the only way you can read it is if you either manage to get a rare copy of the original magazine it was featured in or look for scans of it online.
