- In the Beta, Monolith was allowed to use the likeness of most of the Matrix cast. After launch Niobe and Ghost were replaced with vastly different models, due to the company not being able to afford the actor’s likenesses. Niobe just had her hair down, but Ghost became a pale bald man with no facial hair.
