- What Could Have Been: Had 5G gone through, this story would have been the final Joker story. According to James Tynion IV, the story was meant to be a swan song for that continuity before Dark Nights: Death Metal would have pushed everything into the future and would be the final battle between Batman and Joker with Batman receiving a scar that would force him to reconsider his role.
