• What Could Have Been: Originally, the film focused on Brenda from the previous film. She would have joined the National Guard to overcome her fears after the traumatic events she experienced in first film. The plot would kick off when she receives a call from her sergeant during basic training, who would explain that they're sending a team to the desert in order to kill off the remaining mutants, and that they need her since she the only one who knows the location of where they're hidden.
