• Serendipity Writes the Plot: The fact that Vicky has to be wearing her own skin suit under the Michael suit was probably influenced by the fact that it would have been difficult to portray Vicky in her natural demon form getting into the Michael suit to the audience. At first glance, this seemingly creates a Just Eat Gilligan, as Michael could instantly prove he's really him by just taking off his skin suit. Instead, this plot point is worked into the story, with it being revealed what Michael's true form looks like, and that he's so ashamed of it that he would never allow his friends to see him like that.
• Spoiled by the Cast List: Glenn being the hooded figure can be gleaned from the previous episode, where he is listed in its closing credits but does not appear in the episode otherwise.
