• Disowned Adaptation: Charlie Daniels hated the version of the "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" that appeared in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. His reasoning for hating it was because it was possible to lose to the devil, which according to him, undermined the whole meaning of the song. Charlie Daniels said the only reason why the song was in the game was because he had lost the rights to it. Had he still owned the rights, he would have never approved of its inclusion.
