• Non-Singing Voice: Dominic Lewis provides Lurch's singing voice during the "I Will Survive" sequence.
• Release Date Change: In an unusual case for the COVID-19 Pandemic, the film was incrementally nudged forward, rather than backward, from October 22 to October 8, then to October 1 (the latter in order to make room for MGM stablemate tentpole No Time to Die). It then held firm on October 1 even when Sony Pictures moved Hotel Transylvania: Transformania to the same date (threatening a major case of Dueling Works), then later sold Hotel Transylvania and replaced it on the calendar with Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Like most family films of the era, however, it was made available on digital platforms simultaneously due to COVID vaccinations being unavailable for children.
