• Fan Translation: Absolute Zero made one of the DS version in 2010 which was available until 2018. Life Bottle Productions began working on an English Patch for Innocence R in 2021 and while not technically complete, the game can be played from start to finish.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Absolute Zero shut down in 2018, removing download links to all their completed Fan Translation patches, including Innocence, so circulating the patch file indirectly is the only way to play the game in English.
• No Export for You: Neither the DS nor the PSVita version were ever released in English.
