  • Acting for Two: T.C. provides the "voice" for several characters aside from her own, list  leading to this trope whenever they feature in a video.
  • Approval of God: T.C. likes to show off fanart of her characters on her YouTube channel's community tab.
    • On streams, T.C. occasionally showcases fanmade LORE/Muted Melodies inspired covers and songs.
    • T.C. is overall very open to fancontent and discussions, with the official Discord server containing channels for discussions and theories, memes, fanart, and incorrect quotes. T.C. often shows approval when such new content emerges. This also includes entries to LORE's TV Trope's page, which T.C. always promotes at the end of her streams.
    • LORE features the work of many FNF mod creators, with many stating their support for their work's portrayal.
  • Ascended Fanon: Cloud being Updike's adoptive daughter was inspired by a commenter's response to a community post, posted March of 2022, wherein T.C. asked fans for their LORE headcanons. Later, the episode Howdy Cloudy made the headcanon official in LORE.
  • Exiled from Continuity: As a result of controversy surrounding their creator, characters Radi and Lofie would ultimately end up victims of this trope and will no longer be present in any future content on T.C.'s channel.
  • Inspiration for the Work:
    • The Greater Good's portrayal in LORE is heavily inspired by the SCP Foundation, given that both organisations already have similar purpose.
      • Dr. Kofi, due to having similar "respawning" abilities and personality, is written to be the "Greater Good version of Dr. Bright", a famous OC originating from SCP.
      • In SCP, the name can be an acronym for "Secure, Contain, Protect" or "Special Containment Procedures". LORE emulates this by having TGG also stand for "Testing and Gating Guidelines".
      • The Greater Good has been referred to as a "foundation", a reference to the name "SCP Foundation".
  • Real Life Writes the Plot: Due to the creator of Mid Fight Masses no longer wanting content made about their mod, Sarvente and Ruv had to be written out, despite their major roles. Additionally, DRIP SPIRIT's Selever design had to be scrapped.
  • Role-Ending Misdemeanor: Due to controversy regarding their creator, Radi and Lofie were written out of the story.
  • What Could Have Been:
    • The other characters from VS Nekofreak were planned to feature as antagonists alongside Lia, but she was the only one to make it into LORE.
    • Each of the LORE FRIENDS were going to have their own antagonist, with Sarvente having Taki from Friday Night Fever. However, fans liked the portrayal of Taki enough that the story was rewritten to have them redeemed.
    • Singe from Singe and Sear was originally going to appear in LORE, with the final video being the first appearance of the Ghost Twins instead.
    • Updike and Ruv were originally going to have their rivalry end in a different way before Ruv and Sarv were ultimately cast out of LORE. Updike would have been revealed to be chasing after Ruv because he was assumed to be the reason Cloud's biological parents are dead, thus leading Updike to adopt her, though Ruv would convince him otherwise and eventually fight a different creature Updike was hunting before going their separate ways and Updike never going after Ruv again.
    • An episode featuring an Accelerant cover between Updike, Cloud, and Smiler was planned, wherein Updike would teach Cloud how to use a gun to defend herself. Due to the lack of a MIDI, the cover couldn't be made and the episode was cut.
    • In a Mask Off cover between Skilor, Skylar, and SOMETHING HEARTBREAKING, the bridge of the song has the characters briefly sing Manifest. In the original, the bridge has the opponent sing actual lyrics. It was originally planned that SOMETHING HEARTBREAKING, being voiced by T.C., would sing a cover of these lyrics. But being disappointed with the cover, it was rewritten with Manifest. However, the cover wasn't completely trashed, as they were still included in a later Mask Off BETADCIU.
    • Grace (Soft Mod Girlfriend) was planned to appear in an arc, wherein DRIP SPIRIT had dimension hopped to meet Alexis. In this version, they would travel to the Soft Mod's universe and meet Grace. Afterwards, Grace would travel with them and later become Senpai's love interest.
    • Before Iron Valiance LOREmix was made, originally Tricky was going to appear and Updike and Radi would have fought him off together.
  • Word of God:
    • T.C. is immune to corruption and THE DRIP, but as a trade-off can't do anything to reverse them in anyone else.
    • T.C.'s immunity to fate allows her to "not succumb", in this state she cannot hear the outside world as well compared to her normal state.
    • Most of the cast have had their ages confirmed outside of the series.
      • Senpai is 25
      • Sarvente is unknown, likely very old as a demon but mentally in her mid thirties
      • Sky is 22

    • Senpai's favorite cookies are social tea biscuits.
    • Tankman's favorite cookies are butterscotch cookies.
    • Cloud's favorite snack is S'mores.
    • According to Dibs_on_Pibs, the creator of Cloud, Cloud's full name is "Cloud Nine". In LORE, due to Cloud being adopted by Updike, "Nine" is a dead surname adapted as a middle name. Thus, her full name in LORE is "Cloud Nine Updike".
    • If Skylar were to be corrupted, SOMETHING HEARTBREAKING may choose to adapt an Enemy Mine mindset and help her fight it off, acting like Soul Boyfriend and waking her up from her comatose state.
