- Corpsing: Since this is a live script reading, the cast is experiencing the story as they're acting it out. They can't help but burst out into laughter every other line due to the insane quips and plot twists the AI comes up with.
- Schedule Slip: Episode 3 was originally planned for a Spring 2023 release, but as of January 2024 there has been no content beyond Episode 2. Penny has stated that this is at least in part because of the recent surge in AI-generated content (particularly its controversial usage in Hollywood, which led to the 2023 writers' strike), and that she is waiting for this to subside before she resumes work on the series.
- Wag the Director: While AI Dungeon was mostly left on its own to generate the story, Penny did add her own lines at points, likely to keep the story moving in a vaguely straight line. One notable example is right at the end of Episode 1, where the AI seemingly tries to make the city being saved happen off-screen before Penny adds a line to change the context into the heroes trying to gaslight the mayor. Averted for a couple hilariously out of pocket lines, much to the delight of the rest of the cast.
