  • Acting for Two: In the anime, Yūko Gotō voices Kaede Fuyou, as well as Masato in episodes 8 and 11.
  • Adaptation First:
    • The Shuffle! Days in the Bloom manga premiered one month before the visual novel's release.
    • The anime adaptation was released in North America in 2007. Two years later, MangaGamer released the original visual novel worldwide.
  • Directed by Cast Member: In the English dub:
    • Carrie Savage was the ADR director for the first four episodes, as well as the voice of Kaede Fuyou.
    • Leah Clark, who directed episode 5 through 8, provided the voice for Momiji Fuyou in episode 19.
    • Todd Haberkorn not only voiced Itsuki Midoriba, but was also the ADR Director for the rest of the series beginning with episode 9.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: The PC and PlayStation 2 releases of the visual novels are out of print as of 2021.

  • No Dub for You: The visual novels retained the original Japanese audio for the worldwide release.
  • The Other Darrin: In the 2004 Drama CD series, Rin was voiced by Hikaru Midorikawa. For his anime debut, the character was voiced by Tomokazu Sugita.
  • Playing Their Own Twin: Sia and her twin sister Kikyo are both played by Sayaka Aoki.
  • Star-Making Role: Primula was one of the first major roles of Cherami Leigh. On the other hand, Sia was also one of the first major roles of Brittney Karbowski as a Dallas-based voice actor (as most of her notable work prior had been in Houston). Both voice actresses would later on solidify their careers in Soul Eater and Fairy Tail.
  • Written by Cast Member: In addition to directing the first four episodes as well as voicing Kaede Fuyou, Carrie Savage wrote the scripts for episodes 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7.
