• Ascended Fanon: Several fans have depicted the Announcer in person as a limb-having microphone. If you look closely at the New Orleans vacation prize, you can see a microphone hanging out on one of the balconies, and it's furtherly implied that's really what the Announcer looks like behind the scenes. It helps that he mentions he lives there. One of the Cherries' possible cutscenes also suggested that the Announcer's body might follow the same artstyle as everyone save for the players (Anthropomorphic object with the same face and limbs). A video posted to the official Shovelware Studios channel on July 27, 2023 officially confirmed that the Announcer is indeed a microphone with limbs and a face.
• Colbert Bump: Due to having the Dancing Banana as its host, the game sparked a massive social media uptick in the "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" meme, which had fallen into obscurity after its 2005 heyday.
• Sleeper Hit: This was the first game under Shovelware Studios to become a massive hit, being their first game to reach 10,000 concurrent players which shocked everyone, since prior to that, they were known for their Stylistic Suck parodies of various obby games such as Despicable Forces.
• What Could Have Been: Originally, an update to the game was set to release on September 9, 2023 following the Roblox Innovation Awards (formally known as the Bloxxys). Shovelware was nominated for 2 awards and the update would be determined if whether or not Shovelware won any awards. However, the event was cancelled following a safety concern. The update would've had the Roblox Innovation Award as a prize. In the case the game was Award Snubbed, the award would've been stolen from another Roblox game. The update did eventually release on the 29th but the prize was change so the award would be stuck between the universe where Shovelware did win and the universe where they didn't.
