No Export for You: The first three games in the series were not released outside Japan, and their circumstances (original Nintendo DS/PSP games, developer closed, etc.) make it very unlikely they ever will be released internationally in an official capacity.

No Dub for You: The export releases don't replace the character voices, so yes you still get to have fun matching your favorite seiyuu to your characters.
Sequel First: The last game in the series is the first to leave Japan, with no real way for the first three to be exported. This is going to necessitate some spoilers for 2020 and II getting dropped in Code VFD. The biggest of which being that the original fantasy game is actually in continuity with the Tokyo games, which was one of of II's big reveals.
