• Approval of God: Their cover of "Comfortably Numb" has a very divisive reputation amongst most music fans, but Roger Waters and David Gilmour apparently loved it.
• Colbert Bump: "I Can't Decide," which was never even a single, became massively popular when it was featured in an episode of Doctor Who. Any song will become popular when The Master belts it out while he's beating up maids, macking on his hot wife and racing around with an elderly Tenth Doctor's wheelchair.^note His line before the song starts, "The Master stands on high playing track three!" even alludes to the track order on Ta-Dah ("I Can't Decide" is track three on that album).
• Fan Community Nickname: Fans of each member has these:

• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: Had very little success in their home country, with a few singles making the Dance Club Songs chart. In the UK, however, every album of theirs has charted inside the top 5, and all but two of their singles from Scissor Sisters and Ta-Dah charted in the top twenty (with "I Don't Feel Like Dancin" reaching number 1 in 2006).
