Trivia / Saki: After Story

• Bury Your Art: The author states on his Fan Fiction.net profile page that he deleted the original fanfic "because of how much it sucked", and flat-out called it the worst fanfic he's ever written.
• Outdated by Canon: While the fic's portrayal of Teru as a psychopath who hates Saki was questionable even when the fic was published, it doesn't mesh with later developments. In Chapter 128, shortly before the finals, Teru admits to Awai that Saki is her sister, and her not speaking to Saki as they pass by is due to not knowing what to say rather than any hard feelings.
• Recycled Script: The fic plays out almost exactly the same as The Day Everything Changed Girl A and B are in love, and when Girl B upstages Girl C, Girl C beats her up in revenge. Girl A then intervenes to save Girl B, thus leading to them getting into a relationship. The only differences is that Saki After Story has a mahjong tournament, rather than a test, and Nodoka is unable to fight Teru off.
