- Abandonware: Recoil Games went bankrupt without any takers for the Rochard license, so as far as anyone is concerned this game is effectively completely orphaned.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: As a consequence of developer Recoil Games' bankruptcy, Rochard was delisted from the Steam storefront on February 21, 2021. Unless you already had it in your library, there is no way to legally play this game without piracy or picking up a secondhand Playstation 3 copy.
