- The Other Darrin: Due to a combination of the aforementioned Cross-Regional Voice Acting, the retirement of Nancy Allen (Lewis), and the deaths of Robert DoQui (Sgt. Reed), Dan O'Herlihy (the Old Man), and Mario Machado (Casey Wong), Murphy's the only returning character to retain his original actor.
- Role Reprise: Much like Mortal Kombat 11, Peter Weller returns as RoboCop.
