• Reality Subtext: When flying through the sky in part two, Demo sees Soldier flying in the clouds and salutes him. This video had been released a year after the passing of Soldier's voice actor Rick May, and the scene is a tribute to him.
• Sequel Gap: Part one was released way back in October 1st, 2016 and then part two was finally released in June 13th, 2021. Even the sequel's intro references this by pointing out that it's been 4 years, 8 months and 11 days exactly since the first part.
