- Blooper: The Skill Point "Temporal Pacifism" is stated to be earned by completing the Quantum Annex 3 puzzle in the Great Clock without hurting any Teratropes. However, you actually earn the Skill Point for completing (the much simpler) Paradox Substation 2 under the same restriction.
- Pre-Order Bonus: There's a few of these, including the Armor Magnetizer and Box Breaker, or a skin for Aphelion.
- Shrug of God: T.J. Fixman loves to dodge any questions asking him about how the games time travel works or the seeming Plot Hole(s) in how its used throughout it.
- Word of God: Writer T.J. Fixman later confirmed on his Twitter that Orvus is still alive after disappearing from Dr. Nefarious' capture.
- What Could Have Been: One of the titles considered for the game was "Ratchet & Clank Future: Clock Blockers", though the name was dropped as it would've been too much of an issue to localize in other territories.
- Working Title: Ratchet & Clank Future 2, which incidentally became the game's title in Japan.
