Trivia / Pokémon Rumble

• Creator Killer: A few months after Pokémon Rumble Rush was discontinued in 2020, Ambrella was acquired and disbanded by Creatures.
• Dummied Out: A number of Special Traits are left unused in World. While most of these are Pokémon-exclusive traits left over from Blast (such as Shedinja's Dodgy and Archeops's Skittish), two of them are Small and Large, size-based traits never seen in any previous entry. Small combines the effects of Speedy, Techie, and Gutsy, while Large reduced Evasion but boosted damage dealt.
• Franchise Killer: While it obviously did not kill off the entire Pokémon franchise, Pokémon Rumble Rush didn't even last a year before its shutdown was announced, the shutdown happened the day before the iOS release would have been one year old. Either way, the shutdown is a sign that the Pokémon Rumble series is no longer as successful as it once was.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The NFC figures that tied in with the release of Rumble U are very hard to come by, and as such fetch exorbitant prices on secondhand sites. Ditto for the promotional trading cards that were released to tie in with the original Rumble, featuring the toy models of various Pokémon.
