- Executive Meddling: The MPAA originally rejected the film's title due to it being a slang term for "penis", but Waters fired back stating the term "pecker" was outdated and nobody used it anymore. He also questioned how films like Free Willy and Shaft got a free pass since they're also slang terms. They eventually agreed and the name stayed.
