• Creator Backlash: The author admitted that the fic is this for her and years later decided to do a Continuity Reboot of it, stating she'll consider said reboot to be the canon for the sequel. The original version was simply meant as a personal test to see how gory she could write.
• He Also Did: Other notable works are the Inside Out fanfic Intercom and another MLP fanfic, Solipsism.
• What Could Have Been: The entire fanfic was originally going to be a short one-shot, basically going with the whole thing of "Twilight turning her friends into books". Of course, it obviously expanded far, far beyond that.
