Trivia / 100% Orange Juice!

• Defictionalization: Thanks to popular demand from 100% Orange Juice fans and a very successful Kickstarter campaign, Fruitbat Factory and Symbiote Studios were able to not only fund production of Suguri and Marie Poppo plushies within the first 72 hours of the campaign, they raised $106,215 from its initial $13,000 funding goal, which also meant production of Hime, Sora, Star Breaker, and QP, along with their own accessory plus a set of cards from the game thanks to meeting their stretch goals. A second successful campaign led to the creation of plushies based on Saki, Alte, Aru, Marc, Tomomo and Ceoreparque.
• Descended Creator: Hono, one of the key illustrators and scenario writers at Orange_Juice, voices Captain Tequila from Flying Red Barrel, Arthur from QP Shooting - DANGEROUS!!, and NoName from Acceleraton of SUGURI X-Edition in their respective DLCs.
• Game Mod: As a game on Steam, it eventually got its own Workshop and modding community that edit character sprites, accessory sprites, voice lines (announcer and/or character), and even game board panels. No custom game boards as of yet however. Among the known mods are a TRG set where three characters have their sprites changed to chibi versions of Emile, Tim, and Jon, and their sprites for doing certain things in a game are even based on notable gimmicks and events that have happened to them during their various Lets Plays (both solo and TRG). Known references include the Super Mario franchise (via Yoshi-related gimmicks for Tim and occasional Rosalina-based splicing with Jon), Pikmin (via Emile's attack animation having him use a specific Red Pikmin as a bludgeon), the Legend of Zelda series (via Tim's damage animation of him being hit by a green Rupee), and even a cameo from occasional TRG guest Masae (via Emile's damage animation where she breaks reality to punch him).
• The Merch: There are plushies of Suguri, Marie Poppo, Hime, QP, Sora, and Star Breaker, complete with their own cards and special accessory, all thanks to a very successful Kickstarter campaign by Fruitbat Factory and Orange_Juice in collaboration with the US-based Symbiote Studios. A second wave, consisting of Alte, Aru, Tomomo, Saki, Ceoreparque, and Marc, complete with their own cards and accessories, has since been made.
• Milestone Celebration: 100% Orange Juice serves as Orange_Juice's 5th anniversary title, while 200% Mixed Juice is their 10th anniversary.
• Promoted Fanboy: coffgirl, an artist and animator who's also a fan of Orange_Juice's games, was hired by Fruitbat Factory to create art assets for the Steam version of the game.
• The Other Darrin: Sora and Star Breaker are voiced by Miki Maruyama and Emi Hirayama respectively, replacing Ishida Mao and Toda Rena.
