• Colbert Bump: The band saw an increase in sales after their song "Dirty Paws" was used in the trailer for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
• Cut Song: "Numb Bears", "Sinking Man", and "Phantom" were cut from the re-release of My Head Is an Animal, replaced with "Mountain Sound" and "Slow and Steady". "Numb Bears" became available as an iTunes-exclusive bonus track, it and "Sinking Man" were included with the rest of the album on the band's Youtube channel, and "Phantom" finally saw the light of day in 2021 with My Head Is an Animal's 10th Anniversary Edition.
