• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Even though it has been released on DVD via the Walt Disney Treasures collection "The Complete Goofy," it was not shown on TV in its original format for a long time, nor was it released on VHS. As with Mickey's Mellerdrammer and Der Fuehrer's Face, it is not available for streaming on Disney+.
• Reality Subtext: Goofy's original voice actor, Pinto Colvig, was himself a heavy smoker who was suffering from lung disease at the time this cartoon was made.
