• Black Sheep Hit: This novel-length and PG-13 rated work is not representative of Rommel's other Evangelion fanfiction, which tends to be shorter and sexually explicit if not outright pornography.
• Sequel Gap: Of sorts. The fic was completed in December 2011. In September 2019, an epilogue chapter was released.
• Shrug of God: Rommel stated that he deliberately left some elements of the story rather vague, especially when it comes to the more metaphysical elements, to leave some things open for the reader to interpret. This of course, is very much in keeping with the fic going for Original Flavour.
