Trivia / Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2

• Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros.": The English Dub of the anime was still around the 2nd arc of Shippuden when this game came out (October 14th, 2010), meaning this was the English debut for some characters:
  • Hidan, Kakuzu, Konan, and Pain appear in this game outside of silhouettes.
  • Nagato appears in the cutscene after the final boss.
  • Tobi's Madara persona debuts as part of his Awakening.
  • Other characters first debuting in English are Sasuke's Hebi/Taka team (Suigetsu, Karin, and Juugo), Sage Mode Naruto, Killer Bee, and the Eight Tails.
• Non-Dubbed Grunts: Tekken Guest Fighter Lars only speaks in Japanese in all regions of the game, reusing his voice clips from Tekken 6. This does keep in line with how Tekken characters speak their native languages as much as possible.^note Lars is noted to represent Sweden in his home series, but is half-Japanese on his father Heihachi's side and is more or less the reason why he speaks Japanese.
• The Original Darrin: Tobi's Madara English voice was done here by Nolan North instead of Neil Kaplan, who'd gone on to play him in the series. Also, Killer Bee's voice was performed by Reno Wilson instead of Catero Colbert.
