Dwerve is a
Tower Defense Dungeon Crawling RPG developed and published by American independent video game studio Half Human Games. The story focuses on a young dwarven tinkerer named Dwerve who explores dwarven ruins and discovers lost technology of the ancient warsmiths: traps and turrets, the only weapons that can defend the dwarves from the evil Witch Queen Vandra and her Gloomdark Hordes. Gameplay implores tactical-turret-based combat which is making strategic decisions about which turrets and traps to build and where.
The game was successfully crowdfunded on Kickstarter and scheduled to be released on PC, MAC and Linux via Steam, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 in 2021.
