- Referenced by...: The lore of the series is a topic of one of Athena P's videos, in which Athena quips that Nana looks more like Beaker's grandmother than Mona's, contemplates on whether or not Russell is a good dog, and mentions that she has directly interacted with the series' characters via social media.
- What Could Have Been: According to the pilot episode “Inside Nana’s House” there were a number of details that were changed:
- Mr Wooka was originally called Mr Wilkins.
- Mr Wilkins (Wooka) originally performed his puppet shows over the fence instead of bringing Mona and Nana into his backyard.
- Mr Wilkins (Wooka) was also supposed to be younger than Nana.
- Mona’s mother had curly hair.
- Nana was supposed to keep her old design from the original shorts.
