• Fan Translation: An patch of the game was released by the group Team Maverick ONE in 2013, for both the original and HD versions.
• Killer App: It's the third best-selling PSP game of all time; it's beaten only by Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, which makes it the best-selling game by a Japanese developer. Like with Monster Hunter Freedom Unite before it, it's widely regarded as "if you have to buy the PSP for only one game, this game is it," especially in its native Japan.
• No Export for You: Neither version of the game was released outside of Japan for unknown reasons (though some have speculated that the cost of localisation was a factor).
