• Keep Circulating the Tapes: You'll have to look for the streaming version of the first two episodes in order to hear Shams Couza's original voice provided by Hiroshi Kamiya, since the DVD and Blu-Ray releases of the ONA only had Mamoru Miyano's performance.
• Late Export for You: Stargazer released on 2006 and took 15 years to get an official English release.
• The Other Darrin: Hiroshi Kamiya voiced Shams in the first two episodes, but was injured in a car accident before recording for the third. Mamoru Miyano stepped in and took over the role even beyond the final episode, redubbing the first two for the DVD release and playing Shams when he appears in video games.
• Technology Marches On: Sven's commanding officer uses a huge boxy CTR monitor.
