Trivia / Mega Man Xtreme 2

• Blooper:
  • The opening scene introduces the Reploid Research "Lavatory", which was obviously meant to be "laboratory".
  • Every single line of dialogue begins with a quotation mark, but none of them actually end with one.
• Development Gag: The character designer originally created a Reploid lion companion to follow Gareth around, but the lion ended up being cut from the game. Design elements of that lion were instead incorporated into Sigma's Final Boss design.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Purchasing this game digitally is no longer possible since the Nintendo 3DS eShop has closed.
• Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros.": Blast Hornet's theme is remixed from the PlayStation/Saturn version of Mega Man X3, which wouldn't be released in the US until four years later, as part of the Mega Man X Collection.
