• Corpsing: When Bubba slams Willie against the wall for making fun of his name, a tall schoolgirl behind them can be seen smirking and looking at the camera, implying her actress was holding her laugh.
• You Look Familiar:
  • Geoffrey Lewis (Sam) would make a return appearance in season 9's "The Older Brothers" as another villain (albeit far more bumbling and comical in nature), Cole Younger, marking the only instance of a Little House guest star playing two different titular characters.
  • Rayford Barnes, who plays Mr. Henderson (to whom the Galenders sell the lumber they got with Mr. Hanson on credit at a lower price, robbing Hanson of a business deal) previously appeared in Season 2's "Centennial" as the man who buys Yuli Pyatakov's land.
  • You Sound Familiar: In the Brazilian dub, George Galender is voiced by Magalhães Graça, who previously voiced Rev. Alden in Season 1 (before being replaced by Orlando Drummond from Seasons 2-4).
