  • Cash-Cow Franchise: Broke a record in France for a locally-made animated film with 300,000 admissions on its first day (numbers that are usually the realm of American summer blockbusters). In the end, it grossed twice as much as The Flash, the highest grossing DC Comics movie of 2023 there (to be fair, DC's had a bad string of bombs that year worldwide, France was no exception).
  • Completely Different Title: While officially known as Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Movie, it is also known as Miraculous, le film in its native France and Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie in the US.
  • Copiously Credited Creator: Jeremy Zag directs, writes, produces, and even composes the score and co-writes the songs.
  • God Does Not Own This World: Thomas Astruc, the creator of the series the movie is an adaptation of, was not involved with the film, being directed by Jeremy Zag and co-written by Zag and Bettina Lopez Mendoza.
  • Multiple Languages, Same Voice Actor: Lou provides Marinette's singing voice in both the French and English dub.
  • Non-Singing Voice: In the French language version, singers Lou and Elliot handle the singing voices for Ladybug and Cat Noir, respectively, while their voice actors from the show handle their dialogue. Lou reprises her role for the English dub, while Cat Noir gets a new non-singing voice in Drew Ryan Scott. In the French dub, Cerise Calixte provides Tikki's singing voice while Marie Nonnenmacher provides her dialogue.
  • The Other Darrin: Nooroo is voiced by Lauren Amante instead of Ben Diskin.
  • The Other Marty: Lenni-Kim who sings the theme song with Lou was set to return as Adrien's singing voice and even recorded some songs for the film but for some reasons he was eventually replaced by Elliot.
  • Promoted Fangirl: Sofia Gomez, a cosplayer, content creator and voice actress who has frequently cosplayed as Marinette/Ladybug on social media (primarily on TikTok), was cast in a minor voice role in the film.
  • Saved from Development Hell: The film was first revealed in 2018 and was released five years later.
