  • Actor Allusion: Seeing as Bandai Namco is handling the game, they had a little fun choosing which idol dressed up as who for their Tales of Link crossover. Namely, Mitsuki and Momo cosplayed as Jude Mathis and Keele Zeibel respectively, characters the two actors previously did.
  • All-Star Cast: Most of the cast were already fairly well-known as voice actors before the game debuted. Hell, even the supporting characters get in on this, with names such as Kazuyuki Okitsu, Susumu Chiba, Katsuyuki Konishi and many more.
  • Trans Character, Cis Actor: Kaoru Anesagi, the manager of TRIGGER, is a trans woman voiced by cis male actor Yoshihisa Kawahara in the game and the anime adaptation.
  • Meaningful Release Date: Some of their Singles/CDs/Albums were released on notable dates.
    • Secret Night was first released on September 18th (9.18) which is TRIGGER day (10+8&9).note 
      • A year later, Last Dimension was also released on the same day.
    • Pythagoras☆Fighter (ピタゴラス☆ファイター) was released on 26th March.
      • 2 - Yamato, 6 - Nagi, 3 - Mitsuki
    • Fly Away! Single was released on April 17th (4.17)
      • 1 - Iori and 7 - Riku
      • The date is also the midpoint between Iori's (1.25) and Riku's (7.9) birthdays.
    • NATSU☆しようぜ! (Natsu Shiyou Ze!) CD was released on 7th July (7.7)
    • IDOLiSH7's first album, i7, was released on August 24th (8.24.2016) which is 1 year after the release of the first ever single from IDOLiSH7, "MONSTER GENERATiON" (8.24.2015).
  • Portmanteau Series Nickname: IDOLiSH7 is often shortened to "i7" or "Ainana (アイナナ)".
  • Release Date Change: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the second season of the anime was postponed to October 2, 2020, and is slated to start back up from episode 3.
