The first 9 episodes were shot entirely remotely with mobile phones. The actors had to set up the cameras themselves & received set & acting directions remotely via video call. The use of mobile phones was retained for the rest of the series even when characters were meeting each other in person to maintain consistency of resolution.

Throw It In!: Regarding the Dutch Angle on Cairo's screen in the aftermath of his fight with Gavreel, Elijah Canlas says in an interview that this was not in the script, but the director loved it so much that they had to recreate it in the next takes.
General Trivia
Adrianna So lives alone. Naturally this gave her the hardest time shooting as she did not have family members around to help her with lights and make up. She got emotional about this in some interviews. You may also notice how little Pearl moves her camera around.
In an interview, Elijah says the part of Kokoy De Santos that he would most like to touch is his curly hair. Cairo does just this during their bed scene.
