  • The official MV for "Panalo Ka" features local and online reactors, which helped catapult the series into unexpected popularity.
  • Most of the songs created for Gameboys carry plot-relevant significance:
    • "Isang Laro" is a simple ballad about a love that began with a game. It is the perfect in-universe song for hopeless romantic Gavreel to show Cairo how sincere his feelings are.
    • "Panalo Ka" might as well be called Cairo's Theme. The first verse depicts someone who is initially confused and upset at his opponent's lucky win. The second verse has the singer wondering if he'll have his heart broken, or if he just met his guardian angel. The chorus starts with a warning that the singer doesn't fall in love easily, then acknowledgment that the person he's singing about has captured him with his enchanting voice, before finishing with a willing surrender of his heart.
    • "Hiling (Wish)" is THE perfect grieving song. The lyrics talk about wishing someone to be there with you in such poetic longing.
    • "Ngayon (Now)" punctuates both Big Damn Kiss scenes. Both times, the bridge lends itself well to a long and satisfying buildup, followed by one last triumphant chorus, concluding with "malaya na tayo (now we are free)" as the camera pans around the couple.
    • "Ikaw at Ako", introduced during Gavreel and Cairo's first date in Episode 11, is not just a cheesy love song about them finally being physically together. It also foreshadows the solution to their biggest fight to come. Cai needs to reassure Gav that "'di ako mawawala. Ikaw ay magtiwala." ("I will not disappear. Trust in me."), and "'di tayo mapaglalayo" ("We will not drift apart").
