• Blooper: Lisa Kudrow accidentally looks directly into the camera during Phoebe's "THAT IS BRAND NEW INFORMATION!" line. The slip is easier to spot in the gif version that became a meme.
• Distanced from Current Events: Chandler and Monica's subplot was originally supposed to involve them being detained by airport security after Chandler made an ill-advised joke about bombs. The plot was immediately cut after 9/11 and quickly replaced with the storyline of them being behind another couple. The cut scenes were eventually included on the DVD with a note about why they were removed.
