- Descended Creator: The members of the Ink Tank voice a few alien transformations and some other characters in the motion comic adaptation.
- Exiled from Continuity: Not long after being featured in a cameo on And Beyond, Teleportoise, the Testudraeca transformation, was removed from the Wiki due to disagreements over changes in policy about commission alien usage.
- Flip-Flop of God: The Saiyans were originally stated, only on the wiki, to be from outside the local group, but by Beyond were placed in the Andromeda Galaxy.
- The Original Darrin: After being voiced in the reboot by David Kaye, Max Tennyson is once more voiced by his original actor Paul Eiding.
- The Other Darrin: The motion comic recasts all the canon characters from each franchise with members of the Ink Tank and various anime voice actors.
- Danny Phantom is now voiced by Scott Frerichs rather than David Kaufman.
- Paxton Lee is now the voice of the original continuity's Ben 10, replacing his latest chronological voice actor Yuri Lowenthal as Ben, Feedback, and Upgrade. He also takes over from Dee Bradley Baker as Jetray and David Kaye as Gravattack.
- A.J. Beckles takes over from Bumper Robinson as Rook Blonko.
- Brook Chalmers voices Vlad Plasmius rather than Martin Mull.
- Jonah Scott takes over from Judd Nelson, the most recent voice of Eon, and from Rob Paulsen, the voice of Technus.
- Andrew Russell replaces Richard Steven Horvitz as Zim and Greg Cipes as Kevin.
- Rob "Kuro" Orpilla takes over from Rosearik Rikki Simons as GIR. He also voices Swampfire in place of Dee Bradley Baker.
- Ryan "O.R.Ash" Asher takes over as Ghostfreak and Chromastone from their most recent voice actors in the original continuity, Steve Blum and Eric Bauza. He also replaces Paul Eiding and Eric Bauza in the roles of Blukic and Driba.
- Kellen Goff voices Echo Echo in place of Dee Bradley Baker in both his regular form and, via a cameo from the events of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, his Ultimate form, as well as taking over from him as Lodestar and NRG. He also takes over as XLR8 from his most recent original continuity voice actor Yuri Lowenthal, replaces Dwight Schultz as Doctor Animo, and takes over Humungousaur from John DiMaggio, his most recent voice actor in the original continuity. Chapter 8's brief appearance from the Ben 10 reboot as a Show Within a Show also features him replacing Todd Haberkorn as Slapback.
- Xander Mobus takes over from John DiMaggio as Armodrillo, Four Arms, Rath, and Atomix, and from Eric Bauza as Diamondhead. He also briefly voices cameo appearances of Vilgax and Magister Labrid seen in flashbacks, replacing Steve Blum and Jeff Bennett respectively, and voices Cooper in place of Chris Pratt, who voiced his latest chronological appearance in Ultimate Alien (not counting Eric Bauza playing the character in a flashback in Omniverse).
- Julisa Lopez takes over from Ashley Johnson as the original continuity's Gwendolyn, and the 10-year-old Ben of the reboot (a Show Within a Show in Five Years Later) from Tara Strong.
- Elsie Lovelock voices Pesky Dust and Ember instead of Tara Strong.
- Imari Williams takes over as Skulker from his most recent voice actor, Kevin Michael Richardson.
- Role Reprise:
- Dr. Gero appears in the And Beyond episode focusing on Saiyans and Kryptonians, voiced once more by Chris Guerrero, his voice actor from Dragon Ball Z Abridged.
- Paul Eiding, the voice of Max Tennyson in the original continuity, returns as his voice actor in the motion comic adaptation.
- Shrug of God: During a 12/10/20 livestream Kuro, when asked about the existence of other offshoot Kryptonian colonies like the Saiyans, and if Ultimos was from one such colony, admitted he isn't sure and it would be up to O.R Ash if there are any more out there and if Ultimos was related to the Kryptonians and Saiyans.
- What Could Have Been: the Wiki mentions points of this nature involving the comic frequently, and the odd video will mention other factoids about ideas that were dropped.
- Originally Ben was going to end Chapter 6 turning into Disk Jockey: a transformation he's programmed in to turn into should he be knocked out as to be able to survive space and communicate with anything near him afterwards. However, this was not done to ensure proper drama and avoid distractions.
- Nigel was not originally part of the future team having taken a spot held by Doctor Membrane at the last minute.
- The And Beyond episode on the Anur system was originally set for Halloween 2019, but was delayed to 2020. This delay led to the addition of the Zs'Skayr plotline and the Sonaraquid species: the former to better link the segments and the later to create a full Anur-themed playlist.
- While Kuro had long confirmed Ben got a Irken form, Lank, in Chapter 7, he did not include the scene where Ben scanned Zim in the chapter despite having thought it out and considering so. Had he done so, to paraphrase Kuro, he'd have constantly gotten requests about when Lank will be used in a situation where Kuro didn't believe he'd probably get a chance to use Lank.
- Ben's Leviictean transformation, Foghorn, was conceived at one point to be the alien Thriller Whale that had been among the aliens considered for Omniverse that didn't make the final cut, though Ash would decide against this idea due to Thriller Whale's level of fan interest meaning he should get more dedicated focus than would be given to an And Beyond after the fact alien like Foghorn. Foghorn also went through several different names before Foghorn.
- Word of God: The wiki provides some additional information not included in the story, such as the backstories of members of the Orion Squad and details on some of Ben's new aliens.
- The reason Lula was created was so that the writer could have someone who Ben acted like Grandpa Max towards.
- And Beyond are generally reserved for lesser explored locations mentioned in Ben 10 lore. Places that have a lot of canonical lore, like the Null Void, are not going to get episodes, or get episodes as quickly.
