  • Acting for Two:
    • Japanese:
    • English:
      • Like Ayako and Maaya above, Kari Wahlgren plays Neco X and the Artorias, and Erika Harlacher plays Da Vinci and the Jeannes.
      • Just like both Jeanne and Artoria, Tony Oliver voices Orion and all non-prototype versions of Cu Chulainn.
      • Brittany Lauda is both Osakabehime and Elisabeth.
      • Emi Lo is both Helena and Shuten-douji.
      • Sarah Anne Williams is Frankenstein, Mysterious Neco W, and Nursery Rhyme.
      • Erica Mendez is Mash and Jack the Ripper.
      • Ryan Colt Levy is Arash and Fate/Prototype Cu Chulainn.
      • Mark Allen Jr. is Geronimo, Napoleon, and part of the Neco-Arc committee.
      • Erica Lindbeck voices Artemis, Chevalier d'Eon and Tamamo-no-Mae.
      • Daman Mills is Dumuzid and Fergus mac Róich.
  • Actor Allusion: Dub example, Tony Oliver 's voice for Orion, acting as something of a perverted teddy bear, is identical to his voice for Lupin III, who already acts like a pervert on occasion.
  • The Other Darrin: In the English dub, Nursery Rhyme was voiced by Xanthe Huynh in Fate/Extra Last Encore, but is Sarah Anne Williams here.
  • Role Reprise: Other than the returning Japanese voices and the Acting For Two examples, both Stephanie Sheh and Julie Ann Taylor reprise their roles as Sitonai and Jaguar Warrior, inhabiting the bodies of Illya and Taiga respectively. Dan Woren also reprises the role as Gilles de Rais from Fate/Apocrypha.
  • Schedule Slip: The second season was meant to be released on August 25th, 2021, but had to be moved back to September 29th due to production delays. It then got moved back again to October 13th.
  • Sequel Gap: It's been ten years since Carnival Phantasm aired in 2010, a fact that Mysterious Neco V actually references and long enough that many first-time watchers and/or fans that were introduced to Fate through F/GO have no idea which jokes are being referenced by Grand Carnival. The end of the first OVA lampshaded this again during its Tiger Dojo segment - Illya presents an absolutely massive pile of fan letters that they've apparently received over the years. None of them actually get read, though - when Illya reminds Taiga that they're Sitonai and Jaguar Man in the FGO universe, Taiga flips out and burns all the letters in response.
