Trivia / Fanny

Go To

  • Canon Discontinuity: A Downplayed example. While the band didn't outright disown Rock and Roll Survivors, none of them seem particularly interested in discussing the album.
  • Channel Hop: The original version of Fanny released four albums on Reprise Records. After some lineup changes, the band recorded one final album for Casablanca before breaking up.
  • Creative Differences: Inverted. June Millington and Nickey Barclay have never made any secret of the fact that they didn't get along, but musically they were so compatible that most of the time, it didn't matter. Proof is that when Millington left the band, Barclay felt that the band didn't work without her, and herself left soon after.
  • What Could Have Been: For the Mother's Pride album, the band originally wanted Bernie Taupin to produce.
