• Translation Matchmaking: Either due to a "Blind Idiot" Translation or because they weren't too confident in how well this movie would sell, the distributors for the American DVD release, Synapse Films, changed the title to better fit in with the Evil Dead movies
• What Could Have Been : the film's distributors, Japan Home Video (JHV) originally wanted to use the film as a vehicle for Hitomi Kobayashi, but director Toshiharu Ikeda wasn't sure about her acting ability (after all, not even Japanese porn stars are immune to Bad "Bad Acting" ), so he instead cast Miyuki Ono in the starring role.
