• Dueling Works: With Anno Domini 1257. Both are Mount & Blade: Warband mods set during The High Middle Ages, but there's key differences between them, beside a different starting date. First, Anno Domini 1257 features the Byzantine Empire and Middle Eastern factions, while Europe 1200 has been left unfinished and those areas are empty. Second, Anno Domini 1257 features reworked mechanics (recruitment, permadeath for nobles...), while Europe 1200 more or less plays like Mount & Blade: Warband on an much larger map with a historical medieval reskin.
