• Accidentally Correct Zoology: The Diggers, dinosaurs that look vaguely like armored pachycephalosaurs or two-legged ankylosaurs, bear an uncanny resemblance to Jakapil, a bipedal armored dinosaur that was discovered in 2022.
• Adored by the Network / Screwed by the Network: The show had a downright baffling Love-Hate relationship with Discovery Kids and its successors. On one hand, the lead up to the premiere was pretty well promoted and the show had a solid run and rerun schedule despite ratings fluctuating back and forth between good and just okay. However the series never got a second season and was never released on video in North America.
• Creator's Oddball: For Rick Siggelkow, this is one of two non-preschool series he has worked on (the other being Ace Lightning).
• He Also Did: Rick Siggelkow, who created Shining Time Station, The Noddy Shop and Ace Lightning, had a hand in producing this show.
  • One of the actors in the show, Jeffery Watson, is also one of Blue Water Studios' voice actors, voicing in many animated productions dubbed by them, including their dubs of the Dragon Ball franchise.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Tied to No Export for You, unless you live in a PAL region you'll have a hard time finding the English version of the series you can play on a DVD player. The series has been uploaded by fans onto Youtube however.
• No Export for You: Despite airing on channels in the United States and getting some pretty healthy promotion by the network, the series has never been released on DVD in the states.
