• Acting for Two: He voices several of the characters on his show, including the people holding him captive and Cancer Mouse.
• Ascended Meme: Civvie being a massive fanboy for veteran voice actor Stephan Weyte has not gone unnoticed by the man. In his final playthrough video of DUSK, he punctuates his discovery of the Final Boss's voice actor with a truly epic montage and the words STEPHAN. FUCKING. WEYTE. Weyte was seemingly flattered by it, and took on the phrase as a signature in his emails (as seen in interactions with New Blood Interactive, whom frequently hire Weyte as a voice actor for their games.
• Creator Backlash: Civvie's apparent disposition on his early videos, which featured more skits with the dungeon personnel and more of his helmeted face doing expressions, in addition to bad audio mixing and (in his own words) a voice that sounded too much like Mr. Plinkett. He's since prefixed them "old and crap" and compiled the bulk of them into a playlist titled "The Unwatchables" (which is also denoted as "Season Zero" instead of being counted as part of "Civvie's Dungeon" proper). He would later release a re-cut of his Blood 2 review with the audio and mixing completely redone, as well as removing editing glitches and some Gordon Ramsey memes (which he believes were overdone in the original).
• He Also Did:
  • Civvie helped with hbomberguy's Fallout: New Vegas video, by watching and giving feedback according to the video description. He also provided voicework at the end of his episode on the "War on Christmas".
  • Civvie was also a guest co-op player on ThatTravGuy's video on Half-Life: Decay. One particular bit has a reference to Civvie's infamous Sewer Count, which Trav remarks on as not just editing magic, but actual floating text that appears in front of Civvie's face whenever he enters a sewer. It's a canonical Sewer Count too, and increments the count for the next time that joke gets used (in TNT: Evilution's MAP08 Metal, to be specific).
• Reclusive Artist: Very little is known about Civvie outside of his character. He seems to know quite a bit about the technical aspect of games (not to mention he made an entire Wolfenstein mod for an April Fool's joke), so it is possible he is, or was part of the gaming industry.
• Screwed by the Lawyers: His video on Doom: Annihilation was blocked by Universal before it could go public, leading Civvie to upload the video elsewhere (as of the 13th July 2020 it is available on Youtube). This and other instances of aggressive copyright enforcement on Youtube was cited by Civvie as why he has largely stopped doing videos on films.
• What Could Have Been: As seen in his Pro Doom 3 video, a Pro episode was planned for the TNT Evilution part of Final Doom, but ended up shitcanned mid-production due to Civvie finding the megawad terminally boring. He would finally end up covering TNT Evilution but as a series of daily Youtube shorts for April Fools day in 2023.
