• Acting for Two: Dave Quesnelle does the voices of Dr. Nero Neurosis and the twin Witches.
• Cross-Dressing Voices: Dave Quesnelle as the the twin witches.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The iOS port was delisted due to incompatibility with newer iOS devices.
• Dawson Casting: Though Lance looks very young, about 16 or 17 at the most, he sounds a bit more grown up in some scenes, and a little less mature in other scenes. That's probably because his voice actor, Riccardo Durante, is about 20 or 25 years older than the character himself.
• What Could Have Been: Like ReadySoft's previous ports of Dragon's Lair and Space Ace, Brain Dead 13 was planned to be released on the Sega CD, but the port was cancelled. This was likely because the Sega CD had essentially lost all relevance by 1995 (with very few games made for it that year), and then was discontinued in 1996 (with NO games released that year).
