Trivia / Birds of Prey (2023)

• Milestone Celebration: Thompson and Romero's run will begin on the cusp of (and overlap with) the Birds of Prey's 25th anniversary.
• Production Posse: Thompson and Leonardo Romero previously collaborated on Hawkeye (2016). Similarly, Thompson has also previously worked with variant artist Chris Bachalo during her 2019-2020 run on Deadpool (2019).
• Sequel Gap: This is the first Birds ongoing monthly comic since the conclusion of Julie and Shawna Benson's Batgirl and the Birds of Prey in mid-2018 (and, again, not counting Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti's Harley Quinn and the Birds of Prey limited series for the Black Label imprint back in 2020).
